This is a blog that is created by a volunteer group of 75 activists and journalists about the refugee crisis in Hungary.  The aim of this group is to provide readers and the world media with timely information about the situation in Hungary. We are publishing translations of articles, interviews and reports, as well as original content.

The content is curated by this ad hoc and fast growing group. Because the Hungarian language is not widely spoken, many interested citizens, journalists and editors do not have access to a broad selection of information from our country.  We wish to make sure that besides official government press releases and the work of a handful Hungarian speaking international correspondents, we can show a pluralistic, independent presentation of the facts and opinions in Hungary.

Our content is free to use. In the case of translations, we seek permission, when applicable, for further use. In this case, we always give reference and credit to the original source. We are also happy to assist you to get in touch with the original copyright owners of the translated material.
